樹薯澱粉又稱為木薯粉，由樹薯植物的貯藏根中提取而出的澱粉。

橙品經SGS檢驗，未檢測出順丁烯二酸、二氧化碳、黃麴毒素！
黏稠度高、吸水性高、保水度佳、蒸煮後透明度高。
無異味、適用於需經調氣味的產品。
可用來製作粉圓、粉粿、芋圓、涼粉、涼糕、甜不辣等。
也可作為勾芡、增稠劑、烘焙用增加體積使用。
